Deep freezer is intended for performing different types of test.
The role of environment testing is to examine and prove the suability, reliability , durability of products through the exposure.
Deep freezer is developed for reliable storage condition of research sample and also for other purpose.

Refrigeration is the main heart of the system.
It has two set of coils one is the Evaporator coil and the other one is the condenser coil.
These two coils are separated by the a small aperture called as expansion coil.
If the freezer runs on electricity, which not all freezers do, an electric freezer compressor pump pressurizes the refrigerant in the first coil and that forces it to spray through the expansion valve into the second coil.
- Because the pressure in the second coil is much lower, the refrigerant evaporates, and that’s what provides the cooling.
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF DEEP FREEZER
The ice is formed by unidirectional cooling process.
Water is filled into the Teflon coated mould and the temperature is been set with required set value.
The water starts cooling at a temperature of 4°C and at 0°C the ice formation starts.
The ice formation starts from the bottom of the mould layer by layer. In 24 hours, 4 and half inch of ice will be formed which will be crystal clear.
- The process continues for the set number of hours
